Grant Inquiry

Interested in applying for a grant? Fill out the form below by the 10th of the month in which the proposal deadline falls (April for FAC or October for HES). For the upcoming 2027 Health, Education, and Services cycle, grant inquiries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2026. We will follow up with you on your project.

Please note: If you have previously submitted a grant inquiry and were approved to submit a proposal, or if you have previously applied for or received funding from the Appalachian Fund, you do not need to complete this form again. Instead, please proceed directly to the proposal form, available on the Application Process page.
