Assessment in Our Centers & Programs

Each center or program submits an Annual Assessment Report by August 1st summarizing findings, actions, and evidence for student support outcomes. The report documents progress toward continuous improvement and compliance with accreditation standards.

Centers and programs maintain 3–5 measurable outcomes aligned with their mission and service priorities. Each outcome should be specific, observable, and assessed at least once every three years.

Access templates, rubrics, and guides tailored for co-curricular assessment—from selecting measures to interpreting results and using data to enhance services. These resources support consistent, data-driven improvement across all programs.

Assessment follows an annual cycle: review outcomes in fall, collect and analyze evidence throughout the year, and submit reports each spring. For questions, contact the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation for individual consultations and workshops.
