Forum 40404 (Alumni Feedback Panel)

The purpose of the Forum 40404 panel was to have a dedicated group of alumni who provided an alumni voice to inform decision-making.  The original Forum was created in 2017-18.  Forum 40404 was a group of alumni who volunteered to share their opinions, experiences, and ideas by answering four or five surveys over the course of a year.  The last Forum 40404 panel consisted of 339 members.  The Forum has not been active since 2021.
